Following your Compass session on July 24, 2026, we recommend a Seiche Journey engagement to produce the board-ready Strategy Package, AI policy, COE framework, and pilot specifications your leadership team aligned on in Eugene.

Journey is a bundled engagement: the $25,000 fee includes our two-week strategy delivery and twelve months of Seiche Continuum Plus — ongoing portal access, quarterly COE advisory sessions, board report drafts, and Seiche AI tools ($28,000 standalone value). Heritage will not receive a separate Continuum invoice in Year 1.

Your Compass fee credits $5,000 toward Journey when this SOW is executed by September 22, 2026. Net investment: $20,000.

I've attached the statement of work below. We're holding August 5–16, 2026 on the calendar pending your approval. This timing supports your August 21 board meeting with a complete Strategy Package and one-pager.

STATEMENT OF WORK

Seiche Journey — AI Strategy Package (Bundled)

1. Purpose

Seiche Advisors will deliver a Journey engagement: a fixed-scope, two-week strategy package building on Heritage's Compass session of July 24, 2026 (Executive Overview completed; day-one Compass waived).

This SOW incorporates twelve (12) months of Seiche Continuum Plus membership beginning August 16, 2026 (Journey close date) — bundled into the Journey fee at no additional charge.

2. Bundled investment summary

Compass credit applies to Seiche Compass SOW executed July 24, 2026, per 60-day upgrade window (expires September 22, 2026).

Payment terms:

No hourly billing. Expenses: included for virtual delivery; on-site sessions in Eugene billed at cost if requested (not anticipated for this engagement).
